The fundraising window has closed and Team Boredom Busters surpassed their goal. Thanks to donations from 115 individuals and companies Team Boredom Busters raised $10,050! This shows how a lot of small donations can add up quickly so a very special thanks go out to all of these donors, we couldn’t have done it with our your support. Well, your support and our exhausted thighs!

Team Boredom Busters absolutely crushed it at our inaugural Rodman Ride for Kids on September 23rd. All 6 riders completed the journey, riding 50 miles each for a total of 300 miles! Actually, it might have been closer to 315 miles because we had a few riders take 1-2 mile accidental detours and, not to mention any names, one rider who went rouge twice **cough** Dave Krauss **cough** It was our first time, right?!

We are proud to support the Child Witness to Violence Program (CWVP) at the Boston Medical Center. The Child Witness to Violence Project is a therapeutic, advocacy, and outreach project that focuses on the growing number of young children who are hidden victims of domestic and community violence and other trauma-related events. Please read more about here.

Also, special thanks to our six riders: Charlie Benzyk, John Gill, Dave Krauss, Dylan Rushe, Kory Stachowski, and, team captain, Lindsay O’Hara! It’s an amazing experience to make new friends while on a 4-hour bike ride! Everyone plans on coming back next year for more Fun-Raising Fund-Raising and encourages more people to sign up for the festivities and join Team Boredom Busters!
